Ted Hilscher talks Historic Preservation Law in New York, Sat., Dec. 1, 2pm. Free admission



Join us for an exploration of Historic Preservation Law, presented by Catskill attorney Ted Hilscher. This informative talk will focus on the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, and the Zoning Law of the Village of Catskill, which contains historic preservation language typical of many local municipalities. A must for owners of historic buildings and anyone interested in heritage preservation.

Ted Hilscher has spoken on Historic Preservation Law on behalf of the New York State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education, and the Saratoga Historic Preservation Forum, and is the author of an article on Historic Preservation Law in Westlaw’s treatise on Zoning.  He serves or has served as attorney to numerous local municipalities, and is a former Catskill Village Trustee.
