Once again, we present Domantas Karalius, who has wowed our audiences with his virtuoso performances at Beattie-Powers Place. This young pianist began his music studies in his native Lithuania at 5, and has gone on to win scholarships and international competitions including first prize at the N. Rubinstein competition in France, and a YAMAHA Music Foundation of Europe Award for Piano Performance. A recent graduate of the Bard College Conservatory of Music, he has studied with some of the world's greatest teachers, and is currently at the Manhattan School of Music under the tutelage of Olga Kern, 2001 winner of the Van Cliburn Competition.
