Up next at Beattie-Powers Place --- Dance in Catskill, 2017: A Symposium

Following the Hudson Valley Dance Festival, The Friends of Beattie-Powers will be hosting a panel discussion featuring a number of local dance luminaries on Sunday, October 8th at 1:00pm. The panel will examine the growth of dance related opportunities in the area, share individual perspectives on their hopes and plans for the future and field questions from the audience. This is an excellent program for dance lovers and those interested in understanding more about our growing arts-related economy. 

Wave Farm's WGXC 90.7-FM in Acra will record the event for broadcast at a later date. 

Todd Whitley -- Friends of Beattie-Powers Board member, former dancer and currently a digital strategist and instructor at Columbia University will facilitate.
