A taste of medieval and baroque music (with a side of cake)

Bossinensis. Ciconia. Landini. Caldera. These were some of the less-familiar composers the Hudson River Consort featured on last Saturday's program. A packed house enjoyed our first early music concert, accompanied by informative – and humorous – insights from the musicians, who'll return next spring (stay tuned for details). Many thanks to Verdigris Tea for the scrumptious cake served at the reception; their new Catskill store opens soon, and we can't wait!

Christine Gummere, Baroque Cello
Rachel Evans, Baroque Violin
Christa Patton, Baroque Harp
Drew Minter, Countertenor
